This is the headline of an email sent to me by a company I use to create and sell t-shirts. Odd, I thought. Seems a little bit of a reach as a line extension. As I kept reading the email, after the six testimonials by beta users of the service, I located the "gotchya."

Here is something I do which really irritates my two teen sons. I design t-shirts to sell on Cafepress. I started a few years ago. Usually, I sell at least one t-shirt a week. During holidays or special occasions (like Father's day) I will sell a few more. It's fun when I check my email to find that a shirt has sold. I think it irritates the sons because the Internet is the domain of and for the young. And here I am, involved in a small bit of e-commerce. Look out, boys, I am getting my Facebook account next week!
